Unlit has no account system. Your quit record lives on your device, and Unlit Pro purchases are managed through Apple.
You can quit now, pick a date in the future, or let Unlit generate a taper of two to eight weeks that steps your daily count down to a hard quit date. You can change method or date later in settings, and your history comes with you — lifetime totals are not erased.
Log it as a slip. Your current streak begins again from that point and nothing else changes: lifetime cigarettes avoided, money saved, total smoke-free days and every milestone you earned stay exactly as they were. You keep what you earned.
Open the SOS from the home screen. It runs three minutes with a countdown, paced breathing and the reasons you wrote yourself. If the Live Activity is not showing on your Lock Screen, check that Live Activities are enabled for Unlit in iOS Settings.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — there is no push server. If they stop arriving, check Notifications for Unlit in iOS Settings and confirm Focus modes are not filtering them. Widgets read your progress from the app; open Unlit once after installing to populate them.
Money saved and cigarettes avoided are calculated from the cigarettes per day, pack price and pack size you entered. Correct those in settings and the totals recalculate. They are estimates from your own inputs, not measurements.
Your quit record, cravings, slips, journal and reasons are stored only on your device. Delete individual entries in the app, or delete Unlit from your device to remove everything. There is no cloud backup, so export your data first if you want to keep it — see the privacy policy.
Unlit Pro is handled through Apple in-app purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover access on a new device, signed in with the same Apple account. Refunds are handled by Apple. Full terms are on the terms page.
