1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Peptide, including the Peptide iOS app, Peptide Pro subscription features if enabled, local reminders, local reports, public support pages, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using Peptide, you agree to these Terms and to the Peptide Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Peptide.
If you use Peptide on behalf of another person, organization, business, clinic, laboratory, research group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity accepts these Terms.
2. Apple App Store Terms
Peptide is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Your license to Peptide is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA applies.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Peptide unless Apple's own terms require otherwise. Support requests should be sent to salamsalamoner@gmail.com. To the extent required by Apple terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of Apple-related provisions and may enforce them.
3. Strict Experimental-Use Limitation
Peptide is strictly for experimental, educational, calculation, inventory, and research tracking purposes only. Peptide is not intended for clinical use, patient care, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, compounding, dispensing, procurement, sourcing, administration, or any other medical or regulated use.
Peptide does not instruct you to buy, possess, compound, mix, inject, ingest, administer, prescribe, distribute, or use any peptide, drug, medication, supplement, research chemical, biological material, controlled substance, or regulated product.
Peptide does not endorse any peptide, vendor, protocol, route, frequency, dose, vial size, water volume, schedule, source, storage condition, or use case. Any library reference, calculator result, plan, reminder, or report is informational only.
4. Medical, Health, and Safety Disclaimer
Peptide is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a licensed physician, pharmacist, nurse, qualified healthcare professional, toxicologist, emergency service, laboratory professional, or other expert.
Peptide does not provide:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, monitoring, prescribing, or clinical recommendations.
- Dose recommendations, safe-use recommendations, injection guidance, sterile technique guidance, compounding guidance, or medication management.
- Advice about allergies, interactions, contraindications, pregnancy, fertility, chronic conditions, adverse events, emergencies, infection risk, contamination, sterility, storage, or product quality.
- Guidance on whether any substance is safe, effective, legal, approved, appropriate, authentic, pure, sterile, correctly labeled, or suitable for any person.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making any health, medication, treatment, dosing, route, frequency, storage, handling, or safety decision. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
5. Legal Responsibility and Controlled-Use Warning
Laws and regulations about peptides, compounded drugs, prescription products, research chemicals, controlled substances, importation, possession, storage, use, sale, advertising, professional practice, and laboratory activity vary by jurisdiction and can change.
You are solely responsible for understanding and following all laws, regulations, professional rules, workplace rules, research rules, sports rules, customs rules, prescription requirements, and platform terms that apply to you. Peptide does not provide legal, regulatory, professional, anti-doping, customs, import/export, or compliance advice.
Do not use Peptide to plan, support, hide, facilitate, record, or normalize illegal possession, illegal use, unlawful distribution, unsafe experimentation, unauthorized medical practice, or any activity that violates applicable rules.
6. Calculators, Library References, Plans, and Reminders
Peptide includes calculators, library references, inventory estimates, half-life style views, titration-style plan tools, logs, reminders, and reports. These features are tools for record keeping and arithmetic. They are not instructions and are not guarantees.
- Calculator results depend entirely on the values you enter and assumptions in the app, including U-100 syringe math where applicable.
- Incorrect entries, unit confusion, decimal separator issues, outdated references, software defects, device settings, or misunderstanding can produce dangerous results.
- Library references may be incomplete, outdated, region-specific, limited, or not applicable to your situation.
- FDA-approved references, where shown, are not permission to use a product outside approved labeling or without a qualified professional.
- Research-only or investigational labels are warnings, not recommendations.
- Half-life and active-level views are rough estimates and are not pharmacokinetic advice.
- Inventory, expiry, and beyond-use calculations are estimates and are not sterility, stability, storage, or safety determinations.
- Reminders can be missed, delayed, duplicated, silenced, disabled, or wrong.
- Reports may omit context and must be reviewed before sharing or relying on them.
You must independently verify every calculation, source, label, concentration, unit conversion, volume, dose, schedule, storage condition, and reminder before taking any action.
7. Your Content and Your Responsibility
"Your Content" means information you enter, create, store, edit, export, or share through Peptide, including injection logs, vial details, peptide names, dates, doses, units, sites, notes, titration plans, custom presets, reports, support messages, and screenshots.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You give Peptide a limited license to process, display, store locally, format, export, transmit to providers when you choose to share or contact support, and use Your Content as needed to provide and support the features you use.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including accuracy, legality, privacy, sensitivity, backup, sharing, interpretation, and consequences of using or relying on it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Peptide to:
- Violate any law, regulation, professional rule, app store rule, or third-party right.
- Practice medicine, pharmacy, prescribing, compounding, laboratory services, or regulated professional activity without authorization.
- Provide medical, dosing, legal, safety, or regulated advice to another person.
- Encourage unsafe, illegal, deceptive, self-harming, or non-consensual conduct.
- Rely on Peptide in emergencies, clinical care, patient monitoring, research compliance, manufacturing, compounding, or safety-critical settings.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, disrupt, bypass, or misuse Peptide, its subscription checks, or its providers.
- Upload, export, share, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
- Misrepresent Peptide output as medical, legal, professional, certified, laboratory-verified, FDA-approved, pharmacy-approved, or clinically validated guidance.
9. Local Storage, Backups, and Data Loss
Peptide stores core records locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, operating system, passcode, Apple ID, backups, exported reports, screenshots, and access to your data.
Peptide does not provide a Soldra cloud account for recovering deleted logs, vials, plans, custom presets, preferences, reports, or reminders. Deleting the app, deleting records, device failure, operating system behavior, interrupted storage operations, backup behavior, or app defects may permanently remove local data.
10. Peptide Pro, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Peptide may offer Peptide Pro or other paid features through Apple in-app purchase. Availability, price, trial periods, billing period, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple's terms.
- Deleting Peptide does not cancel a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple unless applicable law or platform terms require otherwise.
- RevenueCat may be used to validate purchases, restore purchases, manage entitlements, and display customer center or paywall features.
- Subscription features may change, be unavailable, or fail if Apple, RevenueCat, network access, app configuration, or your account status changes.
11. Privacy
The Peptide Privacy Policy explains how Peptide handles local app data, reminders, support messages, subscriptions, and service providers. By using Peptide, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes, Availability, and Termination
We may change, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue Peptide or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to Peptide features if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the app, created risk, or if required by law, platform rules, providers, or technical limits.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide and all related features, calculations, references, reminders, reports, support pages, subscription features, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
Soldra disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, safety, legality, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and data preservation.
We do not warrant that Peptide will be correct, current, safe, suitable, lawful, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, defects, harmful components, data loss, calculation issues, unit conversion issues, reminder issues, provider outages, or subscription issues.
14. Limitation of Liability and User Assumption of Risk
You use Peptide at your sole risk. You understand and agree that peptide-related activity can involve serious health, legal, financial, safety, contamination, sterility, dosing, storage, and regulatory risks, and that Peptide does not reduce or assume those risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soldra and its owners, developers, affiliates, service providers, and licensors are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, losses, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from or related to Peptide.
This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:
- Adverse events, injury, illness, infection, overdose, underdose, contamination, misuse, allergic reaction, interaction, medical complication, emergency, or death.
- Illegal possession, unlawful use, import/export issues, customs issues, anti-doping issues, prescription issues, professional discipline, regulatory action, or other legal consequences.
- Incorrect calculations, incorrect units, decimal mistakes, wrong assumptions, outdated references, misunderstood output, wrong reminders, missed reminders, or reliance on reports.
- Purchasing, sourcing, compounding, storing, mixing, administering, injecting, ingesting, distributing, or disposing of any substance.
- Data loss, deleted records, failed backups, failed restores, unauthorized access, exported report sharing, support email disclosure, device compromise, or app unavailability.
- Provider outages, Apple App Store issues, RevenueCat issues, subscription errors, refund decisions, device settings, operating system behavior, or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soldra and its owners, developers, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of Peptide, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your reliance on Peptide output.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Soldra is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require another law to apply. Courts or consumer authorities with mandatory jurisdiction may still apply local rights that cannot be waived.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect, and the invalid part will be interpreted or replaced to best match its intended effect to the extent permitted by law.
